There is a fire ring outside for enjoyment, one gas fireplace in the beautiful sunroom and a wood burning fireplace inside the living room. Wood is supplied on site for your convenience free of charge. This property is within a 15 mins radius to Cedar Point, cedar point sport force park, Port Clinton ferry’s for Kelly’s island, Put n Bay, and Middle Bass. The property was wonderful. We wanted a quiet retreat after spending the day at Cedar Point, and this property was perfect! Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and eating at the bar & grill on the marina.

Loved the rental! Beautiful location about 25 minutes from Cedar Point and about the same distance to the Ferry for Kelley's island. You can walk to a restaurant on the water. The house was beautiful, super clean, has everything you need! Will be going back!

Unfortunately we were not able to stay at the property as we had a cancellation of an event. Preston was ready for us though with the property clean and ready to go before check in. Communication was great and he was very understanding and is providing us a credit for a night’s stay as long it’s in the next 6 months, which is more than fair. We look forward to an upcoming stay.

Preston's place was exactly as advertised. Comfortable, quiet, and clean. The internet speed is great and allowed me to work while on site. The outdoor space is plentiful and there is even a pretty, little wetland next door. We woke up to bird song every morning and enjoyed walks along Sandusky Bay with our dogs. Preston is a great host who was VERY quick with responses to questions. We would definitely stay again.

This was a nice place to stay. There were two spacious hang out spaces in the home, which were nice. Property completely matched the listing except for the hot tub. It’s listed as an 8-person hot tub but we barely fit two petite women and three standard sized 6’ tall men. It would probably fit 8 small children, but not adults. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group included grandparents (60,47), parents (28,26), children (2, 7mo), plus 2 fur friends. The property was great for us! We didn’t anticipate what the second living room which worked out amazingly for our little group because we were able to keep the kids and the pets completely separate to give the baby floor time without worrying about the pups stepping on her. The house was very nicely appointed, the beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you could ask for! We had great communication with the property owner! The property itself was situated away from the more populated areas of the lake which was appealing to us but was still a convenient drive to all of the things we wanted to do.
