We have stayed at many rental homes, and this home is at the top of the list. WOW! It is wonderful. The home is quiet, well stocked with all the necessities and more, nicely furnished, has a great deck, comfortable furniture and beds and spotlessly clean. Thank you, for a memorable stay. We loved it.

Check in was easy. The kitchen was great, but it needs a toaster.Another important item that was needed was an iron and an ironing board. We were all going to a wedding and needed our clothes ironed. Also, we had no room for our garbage. Larger cans are needed for the trash and the recycling.The house was lovely, the locations was perfect and the deck was fabulous with lots of outdoor chairs which we really appreciated.

Great place to stay in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful view of the river. The walk to the beach is an easy walk, 15 minutes. Only 1 issue: there was hardly any toliet paper and no refills. Not a big issue.

Oh, my, goodness! What a lovely home. The attention to detail is amazing. The decor is fun, cozy and inviting. Thoughtful touches like the angel cards in the bowl on the entry table are fabulous. Also a great sense of humor with fun signs. It was such a great place to stay. Thank you, Gabe and Becca. You’re wonderful hosts and we would love to visit again someday. If I could give straight 11’s your f I could. Thank you!!!

Clean comfortable and great location for us. Did not use any TVs. Just enjoyed the deck and being with family. Great that it was like a home. Not a hotel.

Dreamy view with cozy comfort

We were mesmerized by the view in the light, and slept like rocks in the soft beds at night. Incredible place. So glad to find it.

Great Location

I love how this property is central to everything. The beach, grocery store and other beach towns are only a hop and skip away. We especially enjoyed going to the beach during low tide to look at all the beautiful sea creatures. I also enjoyed listening to all the birds as I sat on the deck looking out onto the river.

Peaceful home by the water

One of the best homes we have rented online the coast. Wild life everywhere, peaceful and quick neighborhood. Beautiful homes with everything you need. We kept up, we love the deck and wild life that’s right off the deck. A must if you’re staying in this area. Thank you for sharing your homes with us. We will book again next year.

Cozy, relaxing home with amazing view

Gorgeous house right on the river. It was a cozy, welcoming environment with adorable decorations. Everything was perfectly clean and organized, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. The view from the back deck is absolutely unbeatable! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and only a quick drive from the beach. We absolutely loved our time spent here!

Christmas on the coast

Very sweet place, nice a quiet with direct water views of the Nestucca river and plenty of room for the four of us. We had easy walking to the center of Pacific City with great local eateries. Very close to the beach, but quieter on the river side. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Sweet cottage on the lake

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was such a sweet and cozy cottage. The neighborhood feels calm and safe. Our view of the lake was wonderful. The place is well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that renters should know is that the third bedroom is in the open area upstairs so there is not a separate door to the room.

Family Needs

We came down to celebrate the loss of a family member and this was a perfect little place to stay. Beds were comfortable and clean as well as is was spaced out enough for each of us to have our own space. There was a small event that was out of the ordinary which they were quick to respond to and address appropriately. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful visit to Pacific City. The house is lovely with beautiful river views - so many birds! The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook many meals. We ate out a couple of times at some nearby restaurants but mostly cooked. Great nature to see, hiking and kayaking. The house was perfect for us and our two adult children. We were also able to work from the house with good internet.
