Wonderful experience

A wonderful and clean boutique hotel with friendly staff in a perfect central location. The free mini bar, balcony and jacuzzi made it a great experience, and the private courtyard to view the Juliet balcony outside tourist hours was very peaceful.

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would: what an incredible institution. Staff were first class. Couldn’t do enough. Rooms were fitted to perfection with all you would need. Fantastic accomodation in great location. Staff helpful and friendly. Yards from the Juliet balcony. The only criticism and it os very minor is you have to actually pass through the tourist entrance to the Balcony and this wasnt specific enough in the instructions. When we arrived i was expecting the hotel entrance to be opposite the entrance to juliets balcony but its actually located within the tourist attraction

Perfect Verona Hotel Location

What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were amazing - clean, comfortable, spacious. The location could not be better for exploring Verona, and access to Juliet’s balcony after the crowds is a huge plus. No parking on site (and recommended parking is a good 10-15 min walk away), but we would happily stay here again!
