「I paid for premium room and got a secondary room and both the rental company and Expedia refused to refund the overcharged room rate. The coffee pot was rusted and barely worked, clearly need to be replaced. The blinds were missing the handles to close them, the light on the refrigerator didn’t work. 「The stay was short and sweet. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The space was clean, well kept, and all was as advertised. It was exactly what we were looking for our short overnight stay. In case you are wondering, the apartment is inside an extended stay hotel. Don't let that turn you off, it was very clean and the staff was very polite, welcoming, and willing to serve us for our stay. Thank you.」
