Cozy lake cottage with table games

Get away and relax near the water with comforts of home in this cozy cottage. All on the main floor are two bedrooms with queen size beds and one full bath with tiled walk-in shower. Utilize the newly updated kitchen with modern appliances and choose to eat in the kitchen or adjacent dining room, each seat four. Take a walk downstairs and you'll find the finished basement- complete with foosball table, pool table, two twin beds, additional shower and washer and dryer. Enjoy card games, YoutubeTV and plenty of seating areas indoors.

Sip your coffee outside at the patio table with views of scenic Lake Erie or walk down to the pier only 200 feet away. Don’t miss the beautiful sunsets. Showse Park is directly behind the house boasting plenty of activities- walking trail, playground, baseball, basketball, and picnic areas.

Many restaurants, bars and grocery stores or explore Historic Downtown Vermillion <2.5 miles away. We hope you’ll find space for everyone in our cozy cottage.

Love fishing? The driveway is double wide: dimensions are approx 50ft by 22ft - so you can fix your boat on the trailer with truck. The width even allows for an additional vehicle. Conveniently located between Vermillion Boat Launch and Hot Waters Boat Ramp in Lorain.

What a terrific place, within walking distance of the lake. The beds were comfortable, and the house was near a park and Lake Erie, which was a really nice feature. Communication with the manager was excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

I needed some rest and relaxation during a visit with friends and family in the area and this nice cottage delivered! The neighborhood is quiet and only a short drive to the quaint downtown of Vermillion. A scenic view of Lake Erie was just a quick walk away. The host offered great restaurant suggestions. It was only me on this stay but this home is definitely spacious and equipped for family fun. Enjoyed every minute!

The cottage was perfect for our needs. I wish we could have stayed under different circumstances, but it is good to know that it is there when we comeback to visit family. Close to restaurants and other attractions. Host was very gracious and accommodating.

Had a wonder time at this gorgeous spot. Everything was perfect. Bed was super comfy with great decor throughout the house. Very clean. Owner was great as well. Will stay again for sure.

Clean and Comfortable

Nice location near the lake, great for morning walk or run. Convenient location for visit to Cedar Point. Host very responsive and everything in house was clean and in good working order. There was a bit of road/utility construction on adjacent streets which was a minor inconvenience but otherwise the area seems quiet and safe. We would definitely consider this property again when returning to the area.

Nice little house within walking distance of the beach. Excellent communication and host. There is a nice park behind the house, but the playground equipment is currently caution taped as they are in the process of setting it up. We stayed the last week of July and info I could find said playground would be down another 2-3 weeks. Otherwise, a nice quiet beach friendly place to stay! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful cottage

What a perfect little place a block from Lake Erie. Nicely decorated & uodated, well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, huge tv in living room. Conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants. We loved going one block to the lake to watch the sunset. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend for a quiet get-away.

We had a wonderful stay at this location! Clean home, easy access to lake, surrounding areas. Was easy to find since we were coming in from PA. No problems with check in or out. Communication with owner was also easy and simple. Nice neighborhood, all over positive experience ! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our short sray at the cottage, great location, looks small from outside, pretty sizable inside. My husband and son enjoyed pool table . I was able to get a book at the small free library by the beach. Amanda, the manager, was easy to reach out, and responded very fast to all questions I had.

Family vacation

Cozy place to stay. All though the listing description had us believing it was actually over looking Lake Erie. It’s about 500 yards from the lake. Other than that it was a nice stay.

This property was truely awesome and we would stay here again. The people all around the property are so friendly and kind. The entire transaction was smooth and easy. The owner was very kind and answered any questions very quickly. We met the man who does maintenance only cause he was pulling the garbage can back after pick up. He was very friendly and asked if we needed anything and if everything was alright. Definitely a 5 star place. Thank you.
