"Our room wasn't ready at 4:20 PM, but they found us another room and helped move our baggage to it. Very nice front desk staff. Room has a wall thermostat set to 70 degrees. It want it warmer, there is a switch for HEAT or COLD. We used HEAT for the nite at 71 degrees. The heater came came on but it was so loud. It woke us up a couple times in the nite. It went off for a couple hours and then ran for about 10 min. "

"Staff are polite and helpful. The hotel is in a VERY sketchy neighborhood and appears to be a long term rental for people on public assistance. Lots people of coming and going, people wandering around outside our room at all hours, cats in the window, etc. My husband was nervous about leaving his truck there while he slept. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't stay here again. "

"Terrible experience. Upon arrival, I had to call and ask to switch us a room because the room 210 had a broken bed that my daughter almost fell off. Asked for clean sheets and towels as we stayed overnight. This was not done. Door was jammed did not properly lock and shower felt weak as soon as you stepped in felt like it was going to cave in. "
