Modern and nice holiday home in Denia, El Vergel, Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool for 4-6 persons (maximum 4 adults and 2 children). The newly built terraced house on 2 floors is located at the entrance to El Vergel, in the immediate vicinity of various shops, a supermarket and only 5 minutes by car from the sandy beach of Deveses or the Almadrava beach.

The 2-storey semi-detached house has been tastefully furnished and offers a nice ambience. A private terrace, partially covered, offers an outdoor dining area, a cozy sofa corner and a private pool. On the lower floor is the living area with modern kitchen and guest toilet and on the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house offers central air conditioning and free Wifi on both floors.

Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities, places to go out, sights and culture make this a fine apartment for a relaxing holiday.

Holiday home Bella Anna can be occupied by a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The safety deposit is EUR 600. Smoking only permitted on the terrace.

Gorgeous villa

Villa was exactly as described, communication was great, nothing was too much trouble. Location is good with Aldi next door, walkable to restaurants at Beach - highly recommend Llum restaurant!! Pool was lovely, as was the covered eating area and outdoor sofa. We stayed as a family of 6 and had plenty of space for all of us. Closest beach is pebble beach but 5 mins in car takes you to miles and miles of sandy beaches. Lots to do in area but definitely need a car. Pedalos and boat trips from Denia Marina were great.
