I read some reviews before booking and I wasn't really sure about staying here. But we decided to book anyway because we didn't want to stay in the city we wanted a beach resort. Absolutely beautiful! The property and the layout were just breathtaking. Staff was phenomenal! Most were able to speak enough English for you to ask or say what you needed. I would definitely recommend this place

Best hotel in Panama City. The concierge was exceptional. A very pleasant stay and the only place id consider staying ever again in Panama City.

It was close to all the shopping malls

I love everything about your hotel, staff was excellent especially Andre' from the restaurant he works the evening shift he took care of us. Food was excellent. Kevin from reception did a great job and also yonnay the bellmen. Housekeeping always made sure we where good. I would recommend your hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this property for my birthday, and it was a wonderful decision. Top notch service with great restaurants and proximity to many attractions. One highlight was the friendly willingness and capability of James to coordinate a last-minute private trip to Portobelo for us. Our booked excursion was cancelled at the last minute. We informed James and he made sure my birthday wish came true. We had a wonderful visit!

We arrived early from the David airport around 10am and we were just going to drop off our bags and they not only held our bags without question but then also took the time to make sure we had our room early if one was available! (Which there was!)-just be aware during their peak season it may not happen we were just lucky in the off season! The staff is SUPER friendly! This hotel was great. Its location is perfect for a loop around the historic area. The staff is friendly, and most are fluent in English. Everything was clean and the room was spacious with a great balcony. They staff the front door 24/7 so no one unwelcome can enter. The rooftop bar and food was great. It isn't open 24/7 but there are plenty of other options for places to eat, and it is open at meal times. Wifi worked well.

I loved my stay at this hotel. While the room was great and the breakfast excellent what sets this hotel apart from other hotels is the staff. I want to particularly mention Diego and Alejandra who made my stay feel like I was l staying with friends. Gracias!

Beautiful hotel, centrally located and very friendly and comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous with a view of the bay. The staff was amazing and Sáquela restaurant is outstanding. Highly recommend the Hilton Panama.

Amarlanis a beautiful, spotless, boutique hotel. The staff is amazingly friendly and genuinely make you feel at home. My room was quite small, but complete with everything i needed. I would recommend it to a friend looking for a place to stay in Casco Viejo!

Hotel was very nice and a great value. Clean and updated. Staff was exceptional. Wifi worked well (phone use only). Breakfast buffet was good. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy to the suburban USA eye, but seemed safe. Note that English was not spoken at all at several of the nearby restaurants. Would certainly book again.
