Loved the location near the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The only downside was there wasn’t information about garbage pickup day, so the can was overloaded when we got there and unfortunately didn’t get picked up Thursday morning.

Very convenient location and nice to be able to go for walks along the beach. Near to the Ventura Pier, a variety of restaurants and the Ventura Harbor. No A/C as noted so afternoons can be hot. Very functional kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Some mold above the shower and on the shower curtain. Owner needs to fix the very wonky TV situation. Sunny Days tried to help, but we ended up not being able to watch much TV for most of our stay.

i was a bit disappointed with this property. No AC made for a very unpleasant surprise when we arrived to a wall of heat. the only relief was a crud encrusted box fan in the living room. The carpet remnant was very dirty (as was the floor--my feet were black), and the blinds on the windows were dirty and hard to open and close. the pictures were much nicer than the reality. The positive: responses were quick and a fast delivery of more fans happened the next morning. We made due with what we had, but i would definitely not stay here again. BTW: the outdoor space was overgrown and nothing close to the pics. This property has some good possibilities, but since it is managed from Texas, the oversight is clearly not good.
