An industrial atmosphere and decor style characterize the large living room with a large bay window opening onto the terrace. The living room features a fully equipped kitchen (American-style fridge, Cookéo food processor, Nespresso coffee maker, and small appliances (kettle, toaster, etc.) and a dining area with a central island. The living room includes a sofa, two armchairs, a television, a foosball table, and for added entertainment, a sound bar, a Google Home speaker, and a Wii game console are available. The entrance leads to the bathroom with a toilet, a separate toilet, and three bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds. The washing machine, vacuum cleaner, brooms, bucket, iron, and ironing board are located in the garage, where you can store motorcycles, bicycles, or other leisure equipment you may bring during your stay. Your vehicle will be parked on the property in the dedicated outdoor area. Sheets and towels are provided. For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival. Baby equipment is provided: crib and bed linen, high chair, bathtub, and potty. Electric heating (not included in the price), with hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and convector heaters in the other rooms.
