ホテルの場所が分かりにくい、近くの飲食店の客に教えてもらいましたバスタオルを毎日代えてくれない鍵が４つもあるエアコンがない

チェックイン時の方法が分かりにくかった。同じ時間帯にチェックインしに来た人がいて理解できた。部屋が広くて快適だった。

Venice/ Amazing House

The room was quite enough for two. The beds are okay but the room was a little cold during the night. The receptionist guy was very kind and helpful. I'd consider coming back next time. + You can find supermarkets and restaurants around. + There is an ice rink near the hotel, we recommend there for "ice" skating

가성비는 최고이다. 다만 공동화장실 사용하고 목욕타월을 3일에 한번씩 교체해 주므로 개인용 타월을 준비해 가는 것이 좋을 것 같다.

Decent value for the money

We probably got the smallest room available. It was very simple, basic. The access to Venice is by bus just across the street. Grocery store a block away and a few cafes in a 2 block radius. Including one that opens at 4:30 am!

Qjite difficult to actually find the entrance to the property . Room was clean & warm, host was friendly. Rooms woyld benefit ftom addition of a kettle & a mug .

No geral, bom. Organizado e limpo. Não tem recepção, por isso é necessário entrar em contato quando estiver chegando no local.

Overall positive

The rooms are very affordable, located in an area that is very accesible. the only downside is that this place doesn't have A/C so if you're there in the summer think again as a fan wont just do it.

Me siento estafada

Hace mucho calor, la habitación tiene ventilador pero no aire acondicionado, resulta casi imposible dormir. Nos pidieron 4euros por noche y persona de tasa turística cuando el hostel no se encuentra en Venecia sino en Marghera, siendo la tasa en este caso de 1,20 contando con que es un hospedaje de 2 estrellas, cosa que dudo. Quedamos bastante decontentos

Muy bien

El alojamiento está en un lugar super tranquilo. La atención fue muy buena. Hubiéramos deseado poder contar con acondicionador de aire ya que las noches que pasamos allí hizo bastante calor. Había si, 2 ventiladores que hicieron aceptable sobrellevar el clima. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Real experience.

This place was wonderful. I have never even to a place with a shared bathroom. But for the mot part it was great. The bed was very uncomfortable and the fan didn’t work (the cord was broken so you had to wiggle it the right way) so it was a rougher sleep. The place was extremely clean. The only issue with the bathroom is that the shower would leak into the hallway and there was no hand towels or bath mats in the bathroom. So just small things. This was a very easy bus ride to Venice and it was a great place to stay for a great price!

Ruim, péssimo

Tive uma péssima experiência nesse hotel, ficamos muito tempo esperando o dono chegar o calor estava insuportável e o ventilador não deu conta tive problema de saúde devido ao calor e o dono do hotel combinou a devolução de minhas diárias com desconto da multa, porém não cumpriu o que combinou conosco, cobrou também um valor excessivo de impostos não cobrado nos outros hotéis.. fiz reserva em outro hotel com ar condicionado e o imposto foi bem menor... muito suspeito.. cuidado

Eles pagaram por quarto duplo banheiro compartilhado sem ar condicionado. Mas eles querem casa de banho privada e ar condicionado. Sala de ar condicionado, casa de banho privada e não ar condicionado quarto banheiro compartilhado não o mesmo preço. obrigado ///////// They paid for double room shared bathroom without air condition. But they want private bathroom and air condition. Air condition room, private bathroom and non air condition room shared bathroom not the same price. Thanks

Quando pedimos para pagar o imposto municipal, ele foi muito rude. Ele deixa a sala impura e cheia de lixo. When we asked to pay city tax, he was very rude. He leave the room unclean and full of garbage.

Clean, light and airy. Check in was wonderful, they were very friendly and easy to communicate with in advance allowing us flexibility for checking in. Very informative advising us on local amenities and transport. The area would not be first choice but it was very close to mestre train station. 10 minute walk (with 4 young kids and rain). We would be happy enough staying there again

Ich habe aus Versehen das falsche Datum gebucht und sofort angerufen, um es zu berichtigen. Zu meinem gewünschten Datum, war es leider ausgebucht, aber obwohl die Buchung 2 Minuten her war, ist man mir keineswegs entgegen gekommen.

Stop at Venice

We wanted ti visit Venice on our way to Genoa, so Venice Amazing House was a good choice. Bus and tram are just round the corner, in 20 min approx. in the old town. The room was big enough, the bath room clean and the service very good.

Good Hotel at a cheap price

They were very friendly and helpful, the bathroom was in great condition! The WiFi was kind of confusing, but they had more than one WiFi network so it was great! I stayed around 5 minutes after the check in time because i couldn’t get my stuff together and they were very understanding. Overall they’re a great place and I would stay here again!

Proche de venise à prix abordable

Hôte accueillant qui m'a offert des bouteilles d'eau dès mon arrivée (très apprécié vu la chaleur). Venise est à 15minutes en bus, arrêts à deux pas, la gare de Venezia san lucia est à environ 20 minutes. Logement parfait pour visiter Venise à petit prix.
