かわいい
家族三人で利用しました。部屋はきれいで、外観と違い女子には可愛い部屋でした。ただ夜は静かすぎて人の通りも少なくなり、少しさびしい気がしました。朝食はおいしくよかったです。

静かできれいなホテル
聖マルコ広場の対岸ですが充分に徒歩圏内、でも静かでとても過ごしやすいホテルです。ホテル前の通りはある程度の人通りがあって安全で、でもうるさすぎなくて快適です。お部屋はおしゃれでしかも清潔。朝食付きで、簡素で美味しく食べられます。また是非泊まりたいです。

The hotel is very nice, the room is very nice with a view towards one of the canals, the hotel staff is very friendly, the location is great, close to almost everything, the only bad thing is that the beds had bed bugs, very bad, they should be more careful with that.

Lovely hotel, great staff
A really nice hotel that is a (lovely) ten minute walk from St Mark's Square. Nearby pubs etc. but in a great quiet spot. Staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable. Would recommend to couples.

Previo a tu estancia se comunican contigo para darte instrucciones para llegar, ya sea de la estación del tren o del aeropuerto. Todo el staff muy amable y servicial. Bien ubicado. El único pero, muy pequeño el cuarto. Nosotros éramos 3 y apenas cabían las maletas

Family vacation
This is a cute little boutique hotel. The girl who greeted is very kind. Several restaurants and shops nearby. They have very good croissants and coffee in the morning. Very clean. Hotels,com said there was laundry facilities, but they do not. Would definitely recomend this sweet little inn.

Hotel con mala ubicación, la recepcionista muy amable; la habitación tenía olor a desagüe, el baño olía horrible y no me pude duchar con agua caliente porque todo el tiempo estaba helada. Llamé a la recepcion y nadie contestó.

The front desk personnel were very helpful and informative. It’s not convenient to get there when you need to drag a luggage from the Waterbus. It’s an old hotel with stair cases to climb, dirty carpet and super tiny shower room.

We had a nice stay. Rooms were a little dated and hot. The pillow and bed could have been a bit more comfy. But the location is fabulous.

Excelent place near Academias' Bridge
Very nice place to stay in Venice. Comfortable and very clean. Right neighborhood. The only problem we had was the lack of regulation in the air conditioner (too much colder than normal)

Boa alternativa em Veneza
O hotel é bem pequeno, porém aconchegante. Há um detalhe de que o nosso quarto ficava no prédio ao lado e havia dois lances de escadas para subir, pois não há elevador no prédio. O check-in atrasou cerca de meia hora. Fora isso, foi uma ótima experiência, fica numa região boa de Veneza já na ponta do Dorsoduro e a recepção é 24h.

Ich habe vor kurzem mit meiner Frau und unserem kleinen Baby in diesem Hotel übernachtet und möchte gerne meine Erfahrungen teilen. Das Zimmer, in dem wir untergebracht waren, war schön und klassisch eingerichtet. Es hatte eine angenehme Atmosphäre und wir fühlten uns dort wohl. Die Umgebung des Hotels war ebenfalls sehr schön und bot eine tolle Kulisse für Spaziergänge und Erkundungen. Leider gab es jedoch keinen Aufzug im Hotel, was für uns als kleine Familie mit einem Baby etwas umständlich war. Das Tragen des Kinderwagens und all unserer Gepäckstücke die Treppen hinauf und hinunter war mühsam und zeitaufwendig. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war, dass das Hotel uns einen Aufpreis für das Babybett berechnete. Wir waren überrascht und enttäuscht, da wir davon ausgingen, dass ein Babybett zur Standardausstattung eines Hotels gehört, insbesondere wenn man als Familie mit einem Baby anreist. Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, wenn das Hotel uns das Babybett kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt hätte, um den Aufenthalt für uns angenehmer zu gestalten. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel angenehm, aber diese beiden Punkte haben unseren Komfort etwas beeinträchtigt. Wir hoffen, dass das Hotel in Zukunft seine Serviceleistungen verbessert, um den Bedürfnissen von Familien mit Babys gerecht zu werden.

Hello, this is life in Venice....Not all structures have lifts. this is also a peculiarity of our city. Of course I understand that traveling with an infant and a stroller is not very easy. But these are choices :) However, we give the possibility to leave the strollers at the Reception.In the clauses there are all the extra services and you can read them before booking! All beds are to be paid extra, as we pay for them with the preparation...Hope to see you again in our Locanda !Kind regards, Staff

A very lovely place to stay, very small and perfectly located ! Staff were all very friendly and allowed me to keep my luggage there after checkout for a while. A few things could improve it such as access to drinks & snacks in evening and morning , and a little bit of diy needed here and there .. but overall very happy with my stay!

This hotel is quite far off the beaten path and was a long walk from the train station, especially for people with large or heavy luggage. I lost count of the number of bridges we crossed. Private water taxi is 75€ which we used to get back to the station. It’s more like a rooming house than a hotel, with our room being accessed from the small sidewalk a few doors down from the check in. It felt very secure and was very quiet. The bathroom is in need of paint and repairs of the baseboards, but otherwise felt very clean. Restaurants in this area are cozy, family owned and much less expensive than around San Marco piazza. Had breakfast on the last day and was worth the 7€ with a barista making cappuccinos

We were traveling through Italy with our sons for our 25th wedding anniversary and we were expecting another location on the grand canal, but our reservation was changed to a new location which was actually more amazing! Everything was much nicer than we anticipated and the hosts were extremely detailed and accommodating. My wife made the comment that it was the most wonderful stay of our trip. Thank you so very much for giving us such unbelievable memories.

We spent 4 nights here, it was our first time in Venice. The location was perfect for us, easy to get to from the water-taxi and an easy walk or vaporetto to San Marco and everything else, literally 2 minutes from the Peggy Guggenheim. We were facing the canal, which meant an occasional boat going by in the early morning, but not a problem. All the staff we came in contact with were great and helpful. We would happily stay here again.
