口コミどおりスタッフが親切で、快適に4日間過ごすことができました。ローマ広場から歩いて7-8分位。空港からローマ広場まではバスを利用しました。 朝食もシンプルですが、ゆで卵がありよかったです。ヨーロッパではなかなか親切なスタッフがいるホテルは少ないので、今回は非常に安心して滞在できました。WiFiの入りもよかったです。

コンパクトながら快適なホテル
シングルルームに一泊しました。部屋は狭いながらも比較的新しいエアコン（ダイキン製でした）が備え付けてあり、うだるような暑さの6月のヴィネツィアでも快適に眠ることができました。 セント・ルチア駅からは徒歩で10分程と、近くも遠くもなく。道中で橋を3つ渡る必要がある為、大荷物の場合はお金払ってポーターを雇うのも良いかもしれません。 小さな運河の真横に建っており、ヴィネツィアの静かな雰囲気を味わうにはもってこいでした。 従業員の方は皆さんフレンドリーで愛想が良く、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれるので、2日目の観光時には非常に助かりました。 アメニティにシャンプーが無かったのは残念ポイント。

Great area, close to train station, quiet location, quaint,... Our only suggestion would be to have somewhere to place our luggage instead of floor and it supplies breakfast but would not let us take a something as we were leaving prior to 8am breakfast to catch our train. Overall, we would return.

Lovely space to rest for the night with an awesome view of the canals. Safe, queit and clean. Nice to have a shower in our room, sharing the bathroom with four other rooms on the floor was easy, only waited once for using. There's a sink in the room so easy for getting ready night and morning. Breakfast was nice, continental style with boiled eggs. Super comfortable sleep. Would stay again. Close to shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk from train.

Os atendentes são bem simpáticos e o café da manhã é bom. Pontos de atenção: no quarto que ficamos tínhamos que deixar a janela do banheiro aberta, caso contrário, sentíamos cheiro de esgoto.

The hotel is simple but cozy - I stayed in a room with a bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but adequate.

La stanza era carina e tenuta bene, la vista sul canale ci è piaciuta! Colazione inclusa, personale molto gentile e disponibile, quindi in rapporto col prezzo (rispetto alla media di Venezia) tutto davvero ottimo. Peccato il bagno....... Però c'è un lavandino in stanza. Molto vicino alla stazione e in una zona economica!

The staff are very helpful and friendly and when we checked in the guy on reception offered to let us leave our bags there after check out, as we had a late flight, without us even asking - which was very nice. The hotel is extremely well lcated for both transport links and for visiting the main sites of Venice. The breakfast is basic, but adequate. Our room was quite small and basic (no TV, fridge etc.). But, for the time of year we stayed, it was good value for money.

An adorable place overlooking canal. Our room had a window that opened right o er canal and although not all rooms do, there is a beautiful shared outdoor patio with flower boxes, tables and chairs overlooking the beautiful canal view. Very clean, very cosy and great staff with a breakfast imcluded!

Quaint rustic hotel right along the canal. Lots of character with old world charm. Our room had a window that looked onto the canal. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly and held our bags for the day after checkout for no cost. I will choose this hotel again on my next trip to Venice.

Nos dieron una segunda planta y no tenía ascensor. Hotel para una corta estancia. Muy cerca de la plaza de Roma, donde se toma el bus para el aeropuerto y del tren que lleva a la terminal de cruceros.

the staff were so friendly and made dalla mora feel so homey. the hotel has two buildings, one with just rooms and one with the front desk breakfast area, and it's right on a canal so the view from our room was lovely. the included breakfast was super convenient too! overall we had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend it!! ❤️

Value, Ambiance and Location
Perfect, small hotel. Good breakfast (egg, cheese, cookies, fresh croissants, juice), very nice staff. Room was spacious. Location nice. Very good value.

Very good location within walking distance of railway station and bus station which makes it convenient for transfer to airport. Hotel is clean, staff is nice and responsive, and breakfast is good for price.
