nice hotel
Very convenient with easy access to both bus and tram in 100 m which go to venezia island. Several restaurants around and also supermarkets. The room was quite small and the wall between the rooms may be thin, but was clean enough. The breakfast was nice too.

This B&B was on the mainland and well connected to the island via streetcar/tram. Would recommend leaving early to reach the train station or book a taxi ahead of time. The trams can be very packed and it may not be possible to get on with luggage from the hotel location. The hotel itself was very cozy and the room/property was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and room had air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. Just the placement of the toilet was a bit tight. But otherwise we loved our stay here. The staff was courteous and respectful. We happened to reach the hotel way before check in time and it so happened that our room was cleaned and ready for us. We were able to check-in early as well. Really appreciated some downtime before we started exploring Venice.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit alten Bad. War sehr sauber, und funktionell. Das Wasser war immer schön warm und die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Fenster konnte man gut abdunkeln und es gab einen Kühlschrank. Um Venedig zu besuchen, ist das Hotel perfekt, wegen der super Anbindung.

Property was very close to the tram that takes you to Venice (10 minutes ish to Venice) and close bus station near it. Front desk gladly helped me out in giving me directions.

The nearby restaurant served delicious food. It was easy to take the city bus to Venice. Walls at the hotel are paper thin.

Wonderful small hotel in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy transportation to Venice and the airport. They have their own restaurant nearby, which was good. Breakfast was very plentiful. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was fine and fitted our requirements. Very clean room and hotel. Room had a fridge which was useful. Shower was fitted the wrong side of the bath which meant there was not a lot of room and water went everywhere. 5 minute walk to the tram, shop near the tram sells tickets, 5 stops from the heart of venice. Glad we stayed out of the way a bit. The amount of tourists we saw wheeling suitcases up and down stairs trying to find their accomodation.

Hotel staff was awesome, extremely helpful. Easy bus ride from the airport, in and out of Venice, and to the train station. Also close to a local bakery that was a treat to go to each day.

Um hotel com instalações simples, porém com enorme hospitalidade, bem localizado, e com funcionários maravilhosos dispostos a ajudar em tudo. This was our first experience in Italy, I booked this hotel last minute bc I have a rental car and we don't know where we will end up Alex was really nice we stayed only one day and one night so we arrived early trying to go to venize since parking here is €6 a day, he was above and beyond with us and told us how easy was to get by Tram to venize its so close from the hotel, the rooms are spacious have hot water and private toilett which is a plus!!! I do recommend it!

Personal i receptionen var mycket informativ. När spårvagn som gick hela vägen till Venedigs kanaler. Betald frukost på boendet. Vi fick ett större rum än bokat. Ac fungerade hyfsat i ett av rummen.
