It is a really perfect location--easily accessible from either the Grand Canal or the ferry from Murano and the airport. It's very close to dining of all kinds, as well as easy walking distance to the key Venice attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room, comfortable and charming. All the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was beautiful. We were able to have breakfast at an outside table near to the canal which was beautiful. The only thing you need to be careful of is that we checkout at exactly 10:00am which was the checkout time but we still got charged a late checkout fee.
