「The apartment is in a small fishing village/town with lovely bars and restaurants that are full of Sicilian families on holiday. There are hardly any non-Italian tourists which was ideal for us. The sea is crystal clear which is great for snorkelling and it’s quite literally 1 min from the apartment! It’s an ideal location for 3-4 days and a great base for seeing Syracuse and Ragusa. A fantastic find!」

「Fantastic place in Ortigia for travellers that are looking for something super nice located with nice view of San Giuseppe square,comfortable and tastefully decorated, spacious and really well priced. Riccardo who welcomed us was fantastic, friendly, relaxed and recommended some great places (chiodo is great) We didn't try the kitchen and I'm not sure the kettle works... washing machine works fine. One little issue if you want to sleep early is that you're just above a restaurant that will have...

「The apartment is quite grand, high ceilings, painted ceilings, large common areas, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large balcony. First time in Ortigia and would recommend Ortigia and the apartment to anyone. The apartment is close to La Pizza Duomo. It’s a great location. The check-in process was easy. Would come back to Ortigia and to this apartment!」

「The property is very well located in the heart of Ortigia and a 5 minute walk from most attractions. The property is well furnished and equipped and the terrace makes it extra special. Veryhelpful to have three bathrooms and double rooms for a larger party. The property manager was very helpful and gave good check in information. Sebastiano was a perfect host, responding to any questions very quickly and making very helpful suggestions. Would recommend Gusto organic supermarket for supplies. Leave via rear exit and turn left - you'll see it. 」

「We absolutely loved our stay at the Seaview Design Home in Ortigia. The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and even more stunning than the photos suggested. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Duomo, excellent restaurants, and the waterfront. Waking up to the view of the marina each morning was a highlight of our trip. This home made our time in Sicily truly memorable, and we would gladly stay here again.」

「La stanza sapeva di muffa, molto rumorosa soprattutto al mattino si sentiva chi scaricava in strada dalle ore 6 come se fosse dentro l’appartamento. La finestra non era minimamente isolata o oltre ai rumori Entrava la luce del lampione della strada ma non c’era la possibilità di oscurare. La televisione non funziona e il soffione della doccia era arrugginito. Consegna delle chiavi in ritardo di 15 minuti rispetto all’appuntamento previsto. 」

「We feel deeply deceived. This was not a vacation, but a physically and mentally exhausting ordeal. The apartment was in shocking disrepair and completely unfit for rest. A deafening water pump next to the bedrooms activated every 5–10 minutes, making sleep impossible. We were forced to nap during the day to recover. 「Nice location, but flat was not properly furnished as far as the kitchen is concerned. Difficult to communicate with the local people in charge of the apartment, although we spoke fluently Italian. 」

「Lovely space for 6 of us. Good location and plenty to do in the area. Kitchen accommodated our needs. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were functional. Could use a shelf in the bathrooms above the sink, and in the showers (no where to put your soap/shampoo currently.) 」

"何よりもスタッフの皆さんが大変親切で気持ちの良い接客でした。宿泊日の翌日にの寝台列車でナポリに行く予定でしたが、20時まで気持ち良く荷物を預かってもらい助かりました。部屋も清潔で広く満足できました。ロケーションも駅から徒歩10 分と近く、飲食店も周辺に沢山あります。おすすめのホテルです。"

"シラクサのメインエリア、オルティジャ島の先端に位置しているため街中の散策に便利です。朝ごはんもバライティ豊かで美味しかったです。夜遅くまで営業しているレストランに隣接しているため部屋の位置によっては騒がしい可能性があることと、トイレやシャワーなどの水回りが少し古い点が気になりましたがおおむね満足した滞在となりました。"
