「Our room wasn’t exactly the cleanest. It looked like there was some “passion” up in there. There were hand prints all over the window, all over both headboards, and what looked like butt prints on the headboards, as well. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light fixtures. We didn’t want any living creatures in our room so we were hoping they were dead! There were no other rooms available as the hotel was sold out. My kids and I went out and bought Clorox wipes to clean what housekeeping...

「We had to switch rooms twice before there was clean bedding. Our toilet was covered in pee. The bedding was stained an it just was not a good experience. I booked through Expedia and they called to try to sort it out for me but the refused to refund anything just offered to switch our room yet again. So we booked with a different hotel the rest of our trip. 」

「I had booked and paid for a room online, check in is at 3 pm. I arrived at 5pm and was told the rooms weren’t ready and wouldn’t be until 6:30 or so. They then told me to just wait in the lobby or come back later. So I hung around for about 45 minutes but I had an event I had to be at by 6pm, and ended up having to change clothes and get ready in the lobby bathroom.
