Our observations about the hotel: - very friendly and professiobal staff - variet and very tasty food in restaurant ( we have a breakfast and dinner) - very nice and clean room - amazing spa We Recommend visit and stay in this hotel in all cases. "The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst experience at any hotel ever! "
