"The promo for this hotel on Expedia was very misleading. We wanted to stay on or near Vaxholm. This hotel ad claims to be right near Vaxholm but it is nowhere near it, unless maybe you have private transportation We paid for the room at a non refundable rate . It is hard to get to Vaxholm from this hotel without a car. We therefore could not stay at the hotel. "It was a new and modern hotel. Nicely designed. However, it felt like the employees were still inexperienced, and the service was not that great. The AC in our room didn’t work and the indoor temperature was 25 C. It might be due to the extreme heat while we were there. "
