"Our room was offered including city view and bathtub, which was not at the end. They could do a bit more with cleaning and maintenance. Trying to charge extra for a pillow is not acceptable."

Rooms were clean and in working condition. Breakfast was not available at the time so the hotel due to logistics issues or something so the hotel compensated us in cash.
