Must rent chairs for €30 and eat mediocre food from nearby cafe. No food or drink at pool. No pool towels. Very steep isolated location. Many elevators. Funicular. No car? Good luck with taxis. Very hard to contact and arrange a ride. Order taxi from staff well in advance. Summary: Look at hotels on beach right in Spotorno or Noli"

We booked a room with sea view, which was correct but on the side of the hotel adjoining a part competed apartment block. The facilities on site are all chargeable so take account of that when making the reservation."
