"Room was cold and heater didn’t work. apparently a water leak on the second floor. Getting a wake up call at 6AM from the GM to confirm I didn’t have water running in my room was not what I expected 😩"

"The Heathman Lodge has every amenity that any traveler loves to see. The restaurant at Heathman is out of this world. Great menu served exactly the way you would like it. The sauna is great. The hot tub is wonderful and swimming is excellent. The weight room has everything that a person could ever want when I come back to Vancouver. I am definitely staying at Heathman barn. They are better than Marriott, Hampton Inn, or Hilton. The customer service surpasses any and all hotels."

"This is a hidden gem! Check in was very easy, received clear directions. The studio had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Host is very responsive and so nice. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Although Marcus doesn't provide cell phone number or direct email he was very prompt to reply to VRBO App messages. House is clean and has very nice bathroom and bedroom furnishings. Glasses, silverware and serving ware are a little sparse. Overall, though, a good value and, again, Marcus is very responsive."

"Not sure where the second bathroom and AC were. Pretty sure there was dog pee on the carpet, and there was food left in the fridge. The outside of the property could use some love as well. That being said, the theme was awesome. "
