This newly-remodeled townhome offers a well appointed and inviting space to call home while visiting Vancouver/Portland Metro area. A fenced in yard is perfect for your furry friend and off-street parking makes your stay a breeze.

The space
The home can comfortably accommodate up to 6-8 adults. It has three bedrooms which include a primary suite with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with a full size and twin bed . There are two full bathrooms on the 2nd floor and a 1/2 bath on the main level.

The living room has a sofa which could sleep one adult. The bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, soap, shampoo and other essential toiletries. The house has an up to date kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room (with washer and dryer) and a garage. The primary suite and living room have smart TV's. The house offers multiple other amenities to include wifi internet access, books and games for guests to enjoy.

The kitchen has stainless steal appliances which include an electric range, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and other essential cooking supplies like oil, seasonings, salt & pepper.

The house has two smart televisions which allow guests to sign into their Hulu or Netflix accounts.

Other things to note
The home is located right off Mill Plain Blvd in Vancouver and offers convenient access to shopping, dining, entertainment and all the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. It is also close to several major highways which make travel a breeze.

We are conveniently located:

-8 miles/15 minutes from the Portland Airport
-0.5 miles/ 1 minute from grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, dining and entertainment
-3 miles from Peace Health Hospital
-19 miles/26 minutes from Downtown Portland
-30 miles/33 minutes from Multnomah Falls

Great Location Great House

Love this house! Very roomy, well laid out. Location is awesome. Easy to get to I-205, I-84 and HWY 14 to get to downtown Vancouver. Very close to the Oregon side if you need to get to downtown. Host is very prompt and welcoming.
