PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Nestled on the 3rd floor with elevator of a building overlooking the hillside, the apartment opens onto an entrance hall leading to all areas.
The south-facing living room offers an open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with smart TV and large sofa.
Floor-to-ceiling windows extend the space onto the furnished terrace with outdoor lounge, perfect to enjoy unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and the residence’s park.
The night area includes:
- A first bedroom with double bed (140x200cm) and private shower room.
- A second bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm), shower room and separate WC.
- A third bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm), smart TV, shower room and WC.
All three bedrooms open onto a continuous balcony facing north.

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
