This charming duplex is located in a boutique hotel in the vibrant El Cabanyal neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the beach. With large windows, high ceilings, and a color palette in sand tones and mint green, it offers a cozy atmosphere. It features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a rainfall shower, master bedroom with a private terrace, and all amenities: Wifi, air conditioning, appliances, and a smart lock.

This charming duplex is located in a boutique hotel in the vibrant fishing district of El Cabanyal, a place known for its rich culture and historical heritage. Just 5 minutes from the beach, you'll enjoy a wide range of entertainment and dining options nearby.
The sophisticated and bright space stands out with large windows and high ceilings with wooden beams, flooding the apartment with natural light. The sand-toned color palette, combined with wood details and mint green accents, creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or watching a movie on the TV. Super Appartement in Strandnähe

Das Appartement war super. Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt dort mit unserer erwachsenen Tochter. Perfekt mit Klimageräten zum Abkühlen. 2 Bäder waren auch super. Den Balkon im Innenhof haben wir zum Trocknen genutzt - es war dort sehr warm. Das Appartement ist auf jeden Fall eine gute Empfehlung und Valencia ist eine sehr schöne Stadt mit vielen Möglichkeiten.
