As the sign on the front desk says, this hotel is an 8/10. I would say it’s closer to a 7. The room is very bare bones with nothing on the walls, nowhere to hang anything, minimal places to plug things in. Not an inch of carpet anywhere to deaden sound in the room or hallways. It’s impossible to take a shower without getting water all over the floor. Front desk staff is very nice which is a huge plus. The rooms don’t have electronic keys for some reason and they make you leave your room key in a basket up front whenever you leave the hotel. It’s just weird.

Very dated. Small room with old furniture, fixtures and fittings need updating. Shower over the bath which leaked everywhere. Awful, awful breakfast in a poky room. And there's no water fountain and no water in the room. You have to buy it from the vending machine. Unbelievable. On the plus side, the beds are comfortable and the reception staff very helpful

A city center hotel, very convenient to the central square and most of the major sights. Value for money. Small buy clean rooms, some with balconies ovrtlooking the street There is also a large roof terrace where you can enjoy warm sunny weather.

Sweet hotel but confused my satnav.

Nice location but one way system and awful amount of traffic lights made the motorcycle trip tedious. Friendly staff who recommend good places to eat. Central market is fantastic. Hotel pretty good and would come again.

Very centrally located for the city, Metro and Valencia Nord Station. The reception staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The rooms were simple but clean and tidy. Rooftop terrace for views a bonus.

The position of the hotel was excellent. Very kind and friendly those at the reception.The bedside table and wardrobe were dusty. Anyway we enjoyed the stay!

Ir was a nice stay,the room was spacious and clean although it didn’t have AC, but a ceiling fan. August was really hot and would have really appreciated the AC. The breakfast was decent but could have offered a variety without the same things over and over again Staff was friendly. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Great value, great staff, perfect neighborhood steps to the most impressive town square and bakeries. Could use a bit better sound insulation and some units have wall views but this leads to the good value for money. This is a handover your key to the desk place. I would happily stay again.

Stayed twice previously pre-pandemic Sadly won't again Hotel has been remodelled & room size cut in half Hotel room so small with a window overlooking overgrown space full of pipes & industrial looking units, so depressing. Shower took 8 minutes to even warm up Not a pleasant stay at all Though the front desk staff as helpful as ever, the sole positive point

The positives were: A. This hotel is very well located, B. The staff acted very quickly to tell the occupant of another room on the floor that there was no smoking even though they were smoking and then used an air freshener in the corridor to remove the smells. C. The staff willingly put an air purifier in our room the next day to clear the smoke smells. Unfortunately there were quite a few negatives that offset the positives: 1. No active ventilation for the bathroom which opened onto the main bed area so all smells and moisture went to the bed area, 2. The toilet was not bleached daily and smelled badly on arrival, 3. The floor was not vacuumed, 4. Our bed's top sheet went missing one day, 5. The shower floor towel on our second last day had a blood stain in one corner, 6. There were no tissues in the room, 7. There was no fridge (even a small bar fridge), 8. The a/c didn't work (we were told it would only blow warm air given the time of year which would too warm for us), 9. No security check when retrieving the room key from the front desk, 10. No smoke detectors in the room.
