The Best thing about this property was the central city location and ease of getting transport between the Hotel and Valencia Airport . The worst thing was that the Room did not have a kettle , cups or basic cutlery which has never happened to me before on wherever i have stayed over my lifetime , on discussing this with other guests the lack of these seemed mainstream in all rooms

For a night maybe fine, but that's about it.

The hotel is bad. My bed was dirty, the safe a rosty box, a lot broken and in bad conditions. The shower is extremely tiny if you are not a slim person don't go here. The only positive aspect was central location, the friendly guy at the reception plus the quick checkout by placing the card in a box. I'd not come again. First and last stay for that high price of 83. That hotel should not cost more than 40.

Horrible. Valencia is an expensive city, but whatever you need to pay to stay somewhere else, do it. Other than a convenient location, there is nothing to recommend here. cramped, shoddy, run-down, and LOUD.

The rooms don't have their own bathrooms. They're in the hall. Buthe there are sinks in the rooms for most grooming needs. There is no food service in the hotel, but there are dozens of restaurants within a few blocks radius. There is a refrigerator in the room, but no microwave. Ithink a microwave would have been helpful.

Hotel is in bad conditions bed is bad every time I move make hard noise not confort to sleep the neighbor was sick I can hear every time he cough I can’t sleep everything was in bad condition even the save box didn’t work bc was broken, the only great part is they storage our bags so this part I appreciate a lot since we can explore the city free this was the best part

The front desk staff were frustratingly friendly. The wifi did not work and the A/C unit was on the fritz - it sounded like a baseball card in bicycle spokes. The last day there was no hot water. But the front desk staff were friendly and claimed no knowledge of the issues … the location was central though. Transferred to another hotel the last night which was profoundly better at a lower price. Would not recommend.

Personnel agréable Confort literie moyen Chambre mal isolé ( on entends les voisins dans le couloir et dans leur chambre)et plus que vétuste.... Présence d'infiltration d'eau dans les chambres Les installations (douche sans paroi, support pomme de douche cassé, tuyau flexible de douche en très mauvais état et on peut se couper avec, robinetterie plus que usé et se casse par petit morceau Les fenêtres ne ferment pas avec un verrou Miroir de la salle de bain cassé dans un angle et camoufler avec un rectangle rouge dans l'angle pour cacher qu'il est cassé Pas d'étagères dans la salle de bain pour y mettre nos affaires personnelles Wc sans espace devant donc obligé de se mettre en biais pour faire ses besoins Présence de personnes qui squatte devant l'entrée de l'hôtel (suspicion d'activités illégales)

Trato estupendo

El trato personal fue muy bueno, las instalaciones algo anticuadas aunque la cama muy cómoda. Lo peor la insonorización de la habitación, se escuchaba bastante. La ubicación respecto a la estación de tren muy buena. El barrio un poco degradado respecto al centro. Cerca de la plaza del Ayuntamiento y demás.
