Cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in! Staff were super kind and helpful. The little café was a lovely spot to start the morning. Luggage storage available upon request. Would recommend :)

Newly renovated, well air-conditioned, cozy beds. Central location. Some suggestions for improvement: have a clothes hook in each bunk because there's nowhere to hang towels. I saw other people hanging wet clothes all over the place. There were only 2 floor mats provided and it wasn't enough to keep the bathroom corridor dry. Consider providing more bath maps or a mop to sweep away excess water. A critical design flaw is that there is no ventilation fan in the showers, so moisture and odours lingers. I noticed mold growing already in the shower stalls, which is a shame for such a new place. The smell was noticeable when I first checked in. If this isn't corrected, I'm afraid the facilities will wear down quickly.

The room is quiet and close to everything there is to do in Valencia but the shared bathroom was not practical as it was outside the room and 3-4 rooms used this space. The room was never cleaned during my stay and the bathroom was cleaned every day but quickly got dirty due to frequent use by other users.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience during our stay. We booked a room with one double bed, but upon arrival we were given a tiny room with three single beds, two together and one o top of them. When we raised the issue with the receptionist, we were told that no other rooms were available and no alternative solution was offered. Our reservation also included a continental breakfast. However, the only items available were coffee and orange juice. When we asked about the rest of the breakfast, the staff member in the kitchen explained that they did not have anything else available that day. Additionally, the property is advertised online as a hotel, but in reality it appears to be more of a youth residence with shared accommodations. This was not what we expected based on the listing description. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and we were disappointed with both the accommodations and the services provided.

Positivo: Appena ristrutturato Pulito Zona pranzo comune con frigorifero microonde, tostapane, acqua fredda e calda (per tisane), stoviglie a disposizione che vengono lavate dal personale Zona centralissima Receptionist giorno e notte, tutti molto gentili e disponibili Da migliorare: Noi abbiamo preso una stanza con bagno privato, 3 letti, un po’ piccola per 3 persone, bisogna organizzarsi molto bene per non intralciarsi. Ci vorrebbero almeno - un po’ di ganci per appendere i cappotti (non sapevamo dove metterli) - 3 ganci in bagno per gli asciugamani da doccia (ce n’è solo uno, se fai la doccia in 3 poi non sai come appenderli per farli asciugare) - una mensolina vicino alla testa del letto, sotto la presa, per appoggiare il telefono di notte mentre ricarica. Da ricordare: - gli asciugamani da doccia sono forniti a pagamento (3€+ 5 di cauzione) - le pulizie non vengono effettuate quotidianamente

Personal nett ABER: nur eine Dusche und Toilette (!!!) für 12 Leute. Hatte extra für Komfort Zimmer mit nur 4 Personen bezahlt und das hatte dann doch kein eigenes Bad. Hätte öfters sauber gemacht werden müssen. Bilder in der Anzeige zeigen nicht die realen Zimmer. Insgesamt nicht so geräumig wie anhand derer vermutet werden kann. Keine Aufhänge und Ablagemöglichkeiten in Bad und Zimmer. Keine richtige Küche vorhanden. Wäre ok, muss aber angegeben werden. Insgesamt keine gute Beschreibung dessen was man schlussendlich bekommt.
