"I was kind of skeptical when I arrived,as the property is under renovation . However after checking in and going to my room, I was more at ease. My room was Very clean and the bed was comfortable. At breakfast I was pleasantly surprised of the different options. Great short stay."

"We booked the day of our stay. Restaurant on site was a nice setting and had a local band which we enjoyed while dining. The room was functionally all we wanted for the modest cost. We wished we arrived earlier to enjoy the patio and outside bar."

"Genuinely amazing place run by amazing people. We had a bit of a incident happen while we stayed here which was to no fault of the staff or property. The staff was extremely helpful in getting it resolved, fixing our accomodations, and even offering us a refund. We had an amazing time in the small cozy cabin. The included amenities such as dryfirewood and starters, s'mores packs, tea, and coffee were a wonderful addition and made campfire much more enjoyable . The cabin was equiped with eat, drink, and cookware, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay comfortably while still feeling like we were camping and enjoying the nature."

"WM Farmer & Sons was a great boutique hotel. Location is amazing! We stayed in the Mercer suite & I would highly recommend. Great amenities, bed was unbelievably comfortable, and quiet. The common areas and outdoor space were beautiful. I will look forward to staying at this property again. We were there on a Wednesday and unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. Staff were great before, during, and after our stay. Absolutely 5 STARS"

"I stayed at this hotel for an event. There were people in my party who did not have a great experience, but I was given a nice sized room and easy check in and did not have a single problem. The staff was really nice though not always at the desk."

"The hotel is beautifully restored 1800s house with several unique rooms. My room had big bay windows that looked on to the street. Bed was comfortable. Shower was big and luxurious. Breakfast snacks were provided. Very close to Warren St and lots of shops and restaurants. Parking lot in the back was very small, but there was always parking on the street, but having to know which side of the street to park on that evening was annoying and I did see some cars with tickets who parked on the wrong side for that day. The walls and floors were not sound proof, due to the age and historical nature of the house, not great for light sleepers, but I had no trouble sleeping. Would love to come back again and enjoy the pool in warmer months."
