Summary:
-Spectacular and very cozy apartment, walking distance to Lionshead.
-You will find everything you wished for, for you and you family!
-The Vail free bus stop is right in front of the apartment. It takes you right to the pedestrian bridge and Lionshead.
-Fireplace inside the apartment
-Ski Locker by the Gondola (extra cost, ask for availability).
-It is on a third floor and there is no elevator.
The Space:
-It is on a third floor and there is no elevator.
-Walking distance from Lionshead gondola. You just have to walk around 900 mts - 3/4 of a mile
-Definitely don’t need to rent or have a car in this place.
-During the summer you can leave your bikes parked in the parking lot, in front of the apartment building; and during winter you can rent or store your skies, right by the gondola shops.
-It is relatively close to everything, to all the shops in Lionshead, great restaurants and two convenience stores, where you can find everything you need, from food, bathroom and laundry supplies, on the counter medicines etc.
-There is a bus stop in front the apartment complex that takes you to Lionshead and Vail Village.
-Crossing the pedestrian bridge, there is another bus stop, which will take you to another area of Vail that is called Vail Village, which is the downtown of Vail and is full of restaurants and shops. The bus is free in Vail.
-The apartment has been recently remodeled!
-The high ceilings let a lot of natural light in and make our home away from home feel warm and spacious.
-You have two parking spots for free in the parking lot.
Guest Access:
-There is a gas BBQ and grill in the terrace of the apartment.
-It has washer and dryer machine inside the apartment.
-High-speed Internet
-Convenient, free local bus access.
The Neighborhood:
It is on a third floor and there is no elevator.
If you wish to walk to the gondola and lifts of Lions Head, it is (900 mts, 3/4 mile) walk, as well to all the restaurants and shops in Lionshead.
The apartment is very close to Lionshead where you can find stores, restaurants, the gondola, ski shops, and the ice skating rink. There are also two convenience stores where you can find everything you need, from food, bathroom and laundry supplies, on the counter medicines etc.
There are great restaurants in the area. You just have to walk around 900 mts - 3/4 of a mile.
Getting Around:
-You have two parking spots for free in the parking lot.
Other Things to Note:
-It has a laundry room inside the apartment, with washing and drying machine.
It is on third floor and there is no elevator.
-We have fans in each of the rooms. No air conditioner.
-Ask us for the daily cleaning service of the apartment or the days you prefer. We have it with an extra cost.
-For stays longer than 7 days, our cleaning team will have to enter to do the cleaning and will be charged for it.
-During ski season, we have a Locker available at Lionshead with extra cost, to store ski equipment. (skis, boots, helmets, etc.) The locker has capacity to store from 3 to 4 skis. Also you have the option to store 2 pairs of boots overnight on the drier at the store. If you are interested, ask about availability after booking.
