Rental Agreement
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
Check In Instructions:
Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
Nonrefundable Fees
Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking.
Cleaning Services
Housekeeping service is not included during your stay but can easily be added for an additional fee. Please inquire with Vail Butler.
Parking
Valet parking for up to 2 vehicles is included in the cost of your stay. Additional vehicles incur a $60 per night fee, payable to the Arrabelle directly.
