"Staff was unbelievable!!! Food was great. This place may not be a success without the present staff. Dog sled girl was amazing. Snow mobile girl was from Hawaii. The restaurant manager was hands on and just never stopped! So corporate if you read this make sure you treat this staff. Oh the aurora was awesome too. Thanks for an unforgettable trip"

"The host never responded to us at any point. She did not send us the code for the key to get in to the place. We were only able to get in at all because of a friendship with the people who rent another place on the same property who were able to contact the property manager. Then once we did get inside, there was no water available. Most likely it was frozen. But we had to haul water from another location in order to even be able to flush the toilet during our stay. Showers were not an option available to us. The host never apologized or contacted us at all."

"Look no further, book this amazing cabin AsAP for your vacation in fairbanks. It was the perfect cabin, in the perfect location. The drive to the cabin is absolutely beautiful. It’s located in the middle of downtown Fairbanks and Chena hot springs. You do need a car to be more efficient. Plenty of space, clean, beautiful rustic modern decor and has everything you need in kitchen and laundry. Host had plenty of recommendations for local activities and they all were on par. We also did dog mushing with the host which was such a special and fun experience. Best experience was to be able to see aurora Borealis from the cabin. What a spectacular view. We highly recommend this cabin, and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you Lisa. "
