「Great greeting, ease of checkin!! 」

「It was very smooth to check in. The room was fairly big for two people. Nicely cleaned and was close to almost everything!! On top of those, the price was very reasonable. There was not a thing to complain about. We would love to stay at this motel when we visit Kenora next time!!」

「The room was clean and spacious, ample parking and lots of green space for your pets for walks. The staff could use some social skills training, they were not the most friendly when checking in. We booked this stay through Expedia, checking/selecting all the proper boxes/options when travelling with pets, yet the staff at this Best Western was quite rude about not booking directly with the hotel when travelling with pets. And although they "waived" the room cleaning fee of $349.00 to be "nice"...

「We loved the outdoor sauna, fire pits, games, the indoor sauna and steam room was awesome. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were exceptional cleaning rooms right after check out. Thorough, eager and efficient. It was a pleasure to stay at Falcon Lake Hotel. I loved the comfortable beds and pillows. Honestly after a long drive it was a welcome reprieve.」

「What a dump. Looked like an old slop house that they were trying to renovate. Construction everywhere. Room was on third floor and elevator wasn't working. Would have been nice to know all of this before booking. Bed was very comfortable and they had secure parking, which were the only positves.」
