I forgot my wedding ring and band in the hotel room, realized about An hour after we checked out and the housekeeping staff had just started on our room and texted me immediately when they found them! "Above all the staff is amazing! The room is clean and comfortable. The rooms are very quiet considering they are practically on the runway. It's close to everything. I booked the room for my nephew, and the staff was very accommodating with the arrangement by waiving the deposit because he didn't have a credit card; and they were unable to take mine over the phone. This is why I will keep choosing them for flights out of SeaTac. They are absolutely the best. Thank you, Coast Gateway! "

"EQC Hotel Casino Tacoma property is very well maintained and clean. The room and bed is very tidy and always fitted with clean linens and comforter; place is very accessible to the interstate highway with ample parking access. And most importantly the staff is very courteous and professional particularly JC and all the front desk staff, housekeeping and casino staff and security. Will definitely stay again at EQC Tacoma on my next visit in Seattle and this hotel and casino is Highly Recommend!!! Jerico Chicago, Illinois"
