"Pousada bem simples, optamos pela hospedagem por ser pet friendly. Algumas áreas comuns precisam ser reformadas urgentemente, estão em condições bem precárias. "Hospedei-me na suite Estoril. As instalações estão bem degradadas , com rachaduras nas paredes e pintura bem amarelada. A janela esta bem encrostada. O banheiro é encardido e minúsculo , com espelho todo descascando e chuveiro elétrico de difícil regulagem. A TV é de 20", bem antiga e com imagem ruim. O sinal do WIFI é bem fraco.A varanda indicada nas fotos fica na garagem e não dentro do quarto, com circulação restrita se tem um carro guardado. A comida é normal , comparada a restaurantes...

"My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. "Overcharging! Unexpected high Fees charged for early check in - 1 hour earlier than regular check in time, zero flexibility changing lunch time for the check out date by check in date so you’re obligated to pay. Overcharge for any other food/snack/drink (even a simple coffee). Room has leak in the toilet which was fixed but the smell of glue was there with us for the whole period. A/c unit did not work- at least it wasn’t a hot day but it could be a problem during summer. Floor was not properly cleaned for the entire property including guest room. Food is far from what you can expect when you pay high nightly charges. I have already paid much cheaper resorts with much better food.l and again, if you want good food you have to pay additional for one of their private restaurants."

"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the premises. The place is very clean and well maintained. Deserts are delicious. You can't ever get hungry, because the food is always available and the variety is great. They have a big gym, that I was visiting before breakfast. There are several warm pools options: outdoor pools, children pools, pool with and a heated inside pool and sauna. "
