"Cleaning staff great, front desk poor to average, dining was terrible due to construction and food pricing for what you got. The cleaning staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. Front desk slow to work with you when there was a problem. Food they charged you double what you could get at a waffle house or bob evans for less to same quality. The pool was terrible to ok. Had a random dirty sock and dog toy left in their pool for several days. Sauna not working several days (probably still not working), and no life guard or staff for safety or quality. The room had several damaged parts to it as well as miss matched paint. The damage being mostly base boards loose to falling off when we arrived."

"Room was quiet enough. Comfy bed, pillows were subpar. Breakfast is very basic, no hot food provided for free. First morning they ran out of coffee before 7am? It’s not a bad hotel, but it’s not great either."
