When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food there is fine, but I had an opposite experience. Still the staff made it right. In any event there are restaurants close by.

Property was clean, check-in was one of the fastest I’ve ever encountered and staff was professional. The building and decor is older (dated) so if you’re looking for a more modern stay this wouldn’t be it. They serve coffee and pastries in the morning, free of charge. Overall good experience if I had to stay here again I would.

Our room was not available at check in which was an already late 4:00. We were in town for a wedding and waited until almost 5:00 for our room to be available. The front desk staff was not friendly and I am sure that others were complaining about no check-in but maybe offer an apology or a drink voucher at the very least. Finally, the tub was receiving back-up overflow from who knows where and during the evening of our stay on August 16, water started streaming from the ceiling in the bathroom/vanity area, causing us to exit at 6:45 am.

Our room was ok, I was expecting a microwave in our room. The air conditioner was outdated. I had to clean the balcony chairs myself. They gave me cleaner at the front desk. It should have been cleaned. They couldn't can it because housekeeping went home for the evening. I called down to tell them I was done with the cleaner and they told me to bring it down! For that price, I shouldn't have had to clean or take the cleaner to them. I really liked where our room was I was very quiet.

Very disappointed. We called the front desk because at 11:30pm a wedding party was blasting music at the pool and jumping in with clothes on. They were rude and said too bad the party has contracted to use the pool. The question remains why did you sell us a room that looks out onto the pool. Secondly the property advertised free breakfast. When I went for breakfast the dining area was for wedding party only. The front desk said again too bad they contracted. Facilities have not been updated in thirty years and mold in the bathtub. Drive a little further away for a better night sleep and less rude hosts.
