"Room was clean. Staff was Friendly and helpful - we left the big luggage with them for the safari.. AC needed a restart to cool the Room down but Next day it showed the error again. Breakfast was good. They change some days with ham and salmon. You have a Station for Omelett and some Fried africano Special food."

"We stayed at the Hyatt Place in Nairobi while attending a wedding and honestly it was the best decision. We briefly moved to Landmark Suites to be with the rest of the group, but the accommodations there were so poor that we came right back to the Hyatt Place. The difference was night and day. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day and everything, from the linens to the bathrooms, felt fresh and well cared for. After a long day out in Nairobi, it was always nice coming back to such a clean and comfortable space. The staff was warm, professional, and eager to help. They even upgraded us from a suite to an even nicer suite during our stay, which was incredibly generous and made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. There’s a fresh omelette station, a wide variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and every kind of alternative milk you could want. It’s easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had anywhere. We also loved the upstairs bar and lounge area, which has a foosball table and pool table and creates a fun, relaxed atmosphere in the evenings. The outdoor pool is not heated, but was still a big hit with our kids. And my husband used the gym several times and said it was well equipped. "The room was great. They did a turn down service which was amazing! The bed was comfy and large. The room had a great view. They were kind and the breakfast was good (able to order what you want and a buffet). The hotel felt very safe. I would go back again! I love the stay! It was so relaxing! I also like how they were able to check me in a bit early without any hassle really accomodating"

"The hotel was nice, clean and in a nice location next to the mall. The room service was excellent providing quality service combined with delicious food. All of the staff members at the location from the entrance and throughout the entire building were very friendly, kind, and provided a delightful environment to be around. "Overall, this is a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the pool area, which had limited seating—just four loungers by the pool and a few extra chairs downstairs near the bar. Service could also be improved. When we had issues with our room (such as hot water and lighting problems), it took over an hour for someone to come, even after being told help was coming right away. Simple requests, like extra water bottles, also took longer than expected."

"Cozy Stead is a gorgeous hostess house conveniently located in the heart of the United Nations and close to the American Embassy. The accommodations are luxurious with all the amenities you need; air conditioning, heating, hot water, excellent room service, comfortable beds, and plenty of lounging spaces throughout the hotel. My wife and I enjoyed just walking around the property garden and looking at the unique landscape and tropical trees which can only be found in Africa. The hotel's secure location encourages us to go beyond and tour the surrounding Embassies and UN offices nearby. The menu is extensive, particularly for drinks, and the breakfast we ordered was delicious with plenty of fresh fruits. The main course was delicious and likewise served in the privacy of our room. Most importantly, throughout our entire stay we were always greeted and welcomed by the staff, they took EXCELLENT care of us, specially Ms. Jenny, and went above and beyond the normal levels of service. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and we will return in April for another stay. Thank you so much for hosting us and providing us with the best experience possible..
