「Booked this hotel as it looked really good online. Also have been looking for a hotel out of the city centre and close to the Vondel Park, for regular trips to Amsterdam.
Broke three ribs prior to travel and so was unable to travel as was finding it difficult to walk.
I realise a booked a non-refundable ticket, and requested a change of date. I thought that the hotel would have had a bit of sympathy for my situation. But no, they refused to move the date.

「I have stayed in this nice and cosy appartement with my son for three days.We found everything we need for a comfortable stay. Environment is nice an calm. Just you can her the planes sometimes but it doesn't bother!It is the perfect place to start trips to explore the area around.Communication and check-in was super and straightforward!Anytime again!」
