"Walking distance to train and bus transportation. Walking distance to the Strip District. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Room was quiet, even tho there was a wedding taking place in the hotel. It is a very lovely restored building. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The bad- Furniture could definitely use a refresh. Everything is a bit worn down and threadbare. We were assigned room 216 when we checked in. We walked into the room and were immediately smacked in the face with the smell of BO. Apparently, that’s just what the rooms smells like as the second room we were assigned also smelled, though not as badly. The kitchenettes are terribly stocked (no plates, but bowls. No forks, but spoons.) the beds are not comfortable. The usb charger by the bed did not work. The good- the location is very convenient to walk the strip or downtown. The breakfast was actually really good. Never saw the bar open in our two nights there, which is disappointing in such a quiet neighborhood where everything closes early. At least you could grab a beer to take to your room at the little convenience market in the lobby. "
