The apartment is in the perfect location in the middle of town. Close enough to walk to the beach and park or drive a golf cart to all the local spots. This bright beach cottage is situated right off Butler Avenue. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the beach, marsh or park. This location is all about convenience and ease of travel. Regardless of where you need to get to on the Island, you’re only a brief walk or cart ride away.


As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the second floor apartment. This includes an open loft style space featuring sleeping arrangements for 4, a sitting area with kitchenette, 1 full bathroom, porch, side-yard with fire pit, fast wifi, smart TV, new furniture, and more. There is a main house that is rented separately.

The Anchored on 8th Apartment has been completely restored. The loft style layout features 1 king bed and 2 twin beds for sleeping and a full bathroom. The sitting area and kitchenette include a love seat with club chair, smart TV, microwave, mini-fridge, single cup coffee maker, plates, cups, bowls, mugs and silverware.

The exterior has a porch landing perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and smelling the salt air. Lastly the side yard is equipped with a gas fire pit, adirondack chairs and string lights.
