"Natalie and Mel were amazing; their amazing customer service is the reason I rated my overall experience 4 stars 🌟. They were so warm and approachable, even that Asian gentleman i saw in the evening. Thank you all for your hospitality. As for the management of the hotel, please do better and hire more cleaning staff. My room was not clean well upon arrival and during the day the lobby of the hotel had an overflow of trash in the can."

"This hotel was excellent in regards of staff friendly helpfulness! We really enjoyed our stay here and would return. The hot breakfast item choices are very processed and it would be so nice to have a step up in quality in that area. This is probably a corporate directive, if so , shame on them. I’m sure the executives would want a better breakfast than they provide for their customers. We stayed in the Hampton inn in Williamstown Ky on this trip as well, same crappy egg stuff and fatty sausage choices. Surely real scrambled eggs can’t be that costly or difficult to prepare and serve?"

"Every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly; beginning with Melissa at the front desk, to the man at the buffet willing to fix us a plate for dinner (we didn’t arrive until 7:00 and not aware of the cocktail hour). The staff in the lobby, made sure to greet us and ask if there was anything they could do. Pleasantly clean room with extremely comfortable beds and a nice shower. This was our first time at a Drury Inn and it wont be our last. I highly recommend."

"Room clean, staff ok, breakfast was closing before 9:00am and it is supposed to close at 9:30am; on the day we were there. So, that was very disappointing. Food was not good at all, eggs pasty, fruit looked horrible, no biscuits no bread for toast no silverware. The Bar nice. I usually don't complain, Eggo waffles were like leather. this needs to be addressed with the breakfast crew definitely needs major improvement."

"Property was clean everywhere we went. Clean bathroom & room. Front desk was nice and welcoming. Had a small issue the 2nd day that was quickly resolved upon calling the desk. Great area, close to everythingwe needed. Fun atmosphere.Easy check in & out. Plenty of trollies to carry your luggage up/down."
