"Beautiful setting on the shores of Lake Superior! Beds are very soft if you like that. The fireplace in the main bedroom wasn't working and the window seemed to be sealed shut (presumably for the winter) so we couldn't open it a crack to hear the waves (my favorite). However, the price was very reasonable and the host is excellent and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Bright and cheery, with plenty of vintage charm, Lakewalk House was clean, cozy, and a great location for biking (directly next to the bike path!). Sarah and Seth are friendly and responsive hosts. Don’t miss a meal at the brewery next door!"

"We felt saying “walk to beach” was deceptive as the property although near the lake, does not have access to the lake. The outside patio and condition of the home is in need of quite a lot of work. Inside is nice and clean but if you want to sit outside it’s overgrown and dirty with containers full of soggy paper and wood smelling. "
