Located just 75m to the pristine surf beach, beachside walking & cycling paths, a magnificent resort-style swimming pool and spa and is minutes to great cafes, restaurants and supermarket, this stylish 3-bedroom apartment is a peaceful and relaxing weekend & holiday destination. The space This top-floor apartment sleeps maximum of 6 guests (2 x Queen Beds & 2 x Singles), has ducted air conditioning in all rooms, laundry and well-equipped modern kitchen, Chromecast TV, Free Wi-Fi, private rooftop deck, off-street parking for 2 cars and an elevator to the door. Guest access Security tag access to underground parking for 2 cars & lift to front door make accessibility great for young and old. You have access to the magnificent 70 metre lagoon pool, covered BBQ area and private access to our roof-top deck with great views - perfect for sunsets, evenings and at dawn. Other things to note Our place is located in the Drift Apartment complex with many permanent residents as our neighbours. Noise travels easily so parties or noisy gatherings are not permitted. We ask you to be very mindful of the noise you make on your stay and respect the tranquil environment of the complex. The Building Managers are on-site and will intervene if necessary. Turn off the air-conditioner.
Put the keys back in their designated places. #3 key on hook. #2 key in the lock-box by the front door. #1 Master Key - back in the key safe located along the path to the left of carpark entrance.
