「The breakfast was continental as stated but was hoping for eggs and meat. Also no coffee in the room. When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps. Great customer service from this manager!!」

「The clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Later that evening as we watched television, reception was awful. Clerk on duty at that time wasn't interested in our inquiry regarding tv reception. Breakfast foods ran out about 8:30. Still no attendant to that area.」

「徒歩で近くの大学を訪問するために予約しました。夜遅い到着で時間外のチェックインでしたが、フロントから電話で当直のスタッフがすぐに来て対応してくれました。 ホテルの１階に朝食に最適な店があり利用しましたが、宿泊客共同で使える電子レンジがあればなお良しです。」

「The room was very large! Plenty room for family. The pool was beautiful. Also you can enjoy sitting around the firepit, there is an exercise room and also basketball area. Breakfast was excellent...It is large, alot of choices!!」

「I tried this property about a year ago and said I would not return. I decided to give them a second chance and it was just as bad or worse this time. The sheets were dirty. The pillows were dirty. The towels hanging in the bathroom had boot prints on them, not to mention the roach on the floor. There won’t be a third trip.」
