Margate is an interesting mix of old and new but there are lots of places to explore food wise. This is also my first visit to one of the Guesthouse hotels and I would be keen to try the others in the brand. 「Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. 」

「Breakfast was very good as always,parking is first class,staff are polite and helpful,they always are,room was clean,although a wee bit tired but enjoyed our stay,and we often go back 3/4 times a year.」

「部屋は広めでくつろげます。バスルームも広いですが、トイレットペーパーホルダーの設計が明らかにおかしい（イギリスらしいとも言える）。ティースプーンやカップはもう少しきれいにできるはず。 ただスタッフは丁寧で親切です。食事は朝食とバーでのみでしか取りませんでしたが、バーメニューの味付けとセンスは良かった。ルームサービスの食事もイギリスの割にちゃんとしていた。次回もブロードステアーズに滞在することになったら、このホテルがファーストチョイスになります。」

「To be honest it was very loud from the gig place from across the road (Saturday) but it calmed down & it was quiet for the rest of the stay in spir of the house's very central location (& lots of good music in town). I had an issue with the window & appreciated that the hotel owner responded & resolved the situation.The rooms are lovingly decorated & warm, and the bed was very comfy. 」

「Easy to find, clear instructions regarding keys, etc.. Not a huge amount of things nearby, apart from the nice beach. Perhaps a bit expensive for what it is, but in the summer the easier access to the beach must be a plus.」
