"Rooms are great. Stayed next to river and was colder on the wrap around balcony but I enjoy the mountain view more. Salt water pool was amazing! Beautiful hotel on the water and near the park. Convenient to everything and good restaurant across the street… and coffee! Love this place!"

"Terry & Ronnie’s cabin was a dream! We booked a week long stay as a family of 4 to go trout fishing and exploring nearby areas. The location is great, short distance to Buena Vista, Hartsel, and Fairplay, and short distance to many fishing reservoir lakes. The cabin itself is adorable, clean, plenty of space for our family, and they had supplies of almost anything you would need from the pantry/kitchen to laundry to rooms, etc. Terry quickly answered any questions I had via message, and it was a very simple check in and check out process. We enjoyed cooking dinner each night and sitting on the deck when it was nice out, morning coffee on the deck chairs watching chipmunks and hummingbirds, and we gathered in the family room to unwind at night. We would love to come back and highly recommend this booking!"

"This is such a beautiful place! The view is incredible - mountains, clouds, river, trees! . We stayed in the Nook, the luxury cabin. The bed was ridiculously comfortable Great bathroom, kitchenette, hot tub outside! Spotless inside and cozy. Every time we contacted staff they answered promptly and were helpful. Seamless check-in Even with a last minute booking. They served a complimentary hearty, yummy breakfast with coffee. You won't be disappointed! And, they take dogs!"

"We had a wonderful stay at River Haven! It was the perfect home for our family and such a relaxing place to unwind by the river. The backyard was one of our favorite features—we spent hours enjoying the patio, playing cornhole, and taking in the peaceful setting.The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay easy and enjoyable. It's clear the owners have put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space.We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to coming back. We highly recommend River Haven to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway!"
