Chill in this peaceful, modern space surrounded by lush gardens in Aldea Zama. With marble floors and neat decor the apartment has all you need: spacious fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, relaxing large balcony, high speed WiFi. The rooftop pool has an amazing view to enjoy panoramic sunsets, likewise, feel the jungle vibes in the outdoor grill area, yoga studio and gym area. Enjoy a walk to nearby cafes and restaurants, ride a bike and head to the beach or visit the beautiful cenotes.

We have designed and equipped Casa Serafin to provide a wonderful experience! Ceiling to floor windows in bedrooms and living room provide the best lighting and relaxing views to the balcony and lush gardens (Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for a good night sleep!).
Want to enjoy a meal in the balcony or just chill? You'll love the outdoor dining table or the comfy puffs!
The living room has a 65" UHD smart TV, two large cozy sofas (one is sofa bed) and a dinning/ bar table.
Our large kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge, all appliances and silverware.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed and large closet with safe box. The sliding glass door, with blackout and sheer curtains, provides quick access to the balcony. The full bathroom is just one step outside the room, to be accessed from the living room as well.
Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, a 55" UHD smart TV, full bathroom, and large closet. The sliding glass door, with blackout and sheer curtains, provides quick access to the balcony.
For your convenience the apartment has fiber-optic WiFi, AC in bedrooms and living room. It is equipped with laundry center and hot water.
The shared pool and grill area has a spectacular view to Aldea Zama's jungle. The area has lounge chairs and beautiful patio furniture.
If you wish to workout, the building has an outdoor gym for TRX training and quiet yoga area you can use.
Free parking is also available.
The grill and yoga areas must be scheduled with the buildings' administration. There is a USD $25 fee for the use of the grill area for cleaning
