This is our second time staying at this property, the concierge are helpful and the property itself is very clean. If you want to stay somewhere quiet , this is the place for you.

The pool was always filled with a lot of leaves, elevator worked for only a very short while (sucks when you have a lot of luggage or bad knees), jacuzzi wasn’t working, bottom of car scrapes at entrance (as its too steep), but the other guests/tenants were very friendly (thats a plus). Also there were power outages at night that left you sweating in the heat. Once negatives are fixed a better rating can be given. Would be very beneficial if hotel gives wifi at the pool. The manager was accommodating with earlier check-in but the first attendant (via WhatsApp) wasn’t accommodating in this regard (as had denied earlier check-in even though room was ready from day before).
