Bad!!!!!!!!!!

I heard a strange sound at night. I did not know what it was. I found a rat on the last day. “Rat” I went to pay through the site but they did not check it. They asked twice a day. Did you pay? Where is the site?everytime ask !!omg i never try again never recommend

No one there to greet me!

The booking I made never reached the owner so when I arrived no one was there to greet me or let me into a room. Thankfully the key was in the door so I helped myself. Later in the evening a worker came and knocked on the door and we spent 20 minutes confirming my reservation. In the morning I had to spend another 10 minutes re-confirming my reservation or they were going to charge me (again) for the room. Great location and easy to find but not sure if my problem is unique or if they just have poor customer service. Friendly staff though, just confused and ill-informed.
